Orienteering at Yukon University on June 3 at 6:00pm. Meet at the Yukon Arts Centre. Both a Novice course and a THOMASS Score-O. Visit https://www.yukonorienteering.ca/events/event260603 for details!

A handicap system is used to "even the field" so that all ages can compete on the same course. Depending on your age and gender you must punch between 1 - 7 controls within a marked area on the map. On Saturday's City Race: Chase, you may encounter some multi-level areas. There are relatively new map symbols that illustrate how to navigate on two different levels. "Sharks teeth" show where you can go under something, and striped area fills show where you can go over.
