THIS SATURDAY AT CENTRED: Always look forward to, and lifted by, Kirtan. Easy gorgeous chants, great leader, and the chance to merge breath and voice with others to deeply breathe, make music, and feel freed from base of my midline to the top of my head. Ecstatic at times. A great way to spend a Saturday evening. Not too late to join! Buy a ticket to help us know how many mats to set up, or drop in and we will make space for you, happy you came. You'll be happy too. You don't know what you're missing until you try.
