Centred Yoga Breath Sound Chant Drum Dance Since 2004. Guided evening classes and Sunday morning Restorative class inspired by the traditions of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar.

Formerly Yoga w/ Erica
Hatha (Pattabhi Jois, BKS Iyengar + CAT); Kundalini; NIA; Sound Journeys; breathing for health (Buteyko Clinic's Oxygen Advantage + WHM); conscious breathwork for catharsis; chanting, kirtan; drum circle; ecstatic dance. Occasional special sessions and visiting teachers for weekend workshops. All classes and workshops are held upstairs at the Alpine Bakery, 411 Alexander St., Whitehorse, Yukon.

Amazing line-up of classes and events starting September 7 –

all the usual yoga, restorative, kundalini and Nia classes plus Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Qigong. Special events are also lining up with Dave Haddock offering regular Sound Journeys, Stephen Reynolds offering Himalayan Bowls Experience, regular Power of Breath and Cleansing of the Energy Meridians for mental-physical-emotional "hygiene", a special 2-Day Indian Temple Dance introductory workshop with Devaki Thomas, and combinations of Sound + Restorative, and Sound + Yin, to be scheduled. Also looking ahead to the 5-Days of Christmas Yoga.
