It was a weekend well spent in Richmond BC!! Megan came first in her division, Brett placed 4th in his division and the Rusty Reps placed 6th! Although these 5 inspirational athletes are sore and tired…they all are coming home with great moments and amazing memories (and a beautiful piece of golden hardware)

I have been incredibly lucky to get to know, be friends and share these truly wonderful moments with these 5 fantastic humans. I am so proud of all of their hard work and dedication!! Day one is complete at the Fraser Valley Throwdown. Sleep well and see you all bright and early tomorrow morning 🥳

Well after a disappointing injury these boys absolutely killed this third event with just two athletes working and a stellar man supporting his team. I am so incredibly proud of the camaraderie within these 3 men - as well as the support from the whole CrossFit community tonight! Rusty Reps you absolutely rule!!
