When I say “system,” I’m not talking about routines or perfect weeks.
I mean how someone actually behaves under pressure.
A real system accounts for:
• limited time and bandwidth
• variable stress and sleep
• personality differences
• past failures, not just goals
Two people can pursue the same outcome and need completely different ex*****on — as long as the principles are sound.
Where most plans break:
• too many decisions
• precision before consistency
• no defined floor when intensity drops
Good systems don’t reduce effort.
They reduce friction.
They simplify decisions, use metrics as feedback (not judgment), and scale down without collapsing — so progress survives real life.
