📅 Tuesday, October 13th & Wednesday, October 14th

Please check your team snap for your teams scheduled time or reach out to your manager!

🔴 Picture Day Reminders:

Players must arrive in full hockey gear, minus helmets and skates.
Wear your HOME (RED - WMH/BLACK - TRAC) jersey.
Upon arrival, please check in with Christy & Courtney in the restaurant to get your individual picture QR Code. **To help keep things running smoothly and reduce wait times, please do not wait for your entire team to arrive before checking in! As soon as you arrive, please come inside and pick up your QR code. Our team will then direct you to the quickest available line.
Please arrive on time! We have a busy schedule with lots of teams to get through.
📧 IMPORTANT - SIBLING PHOTOS: Sibling photos can be stitched together after the fact, so siblings do not need to be photographed at the same time! If you would prefer an in-person sibling photo, you are welcome to bring siblings together during either player's scheduled picture time (as long as the sibling was added by managers to the roster spreadsheet ahead of October 7th)

Servus Credit Union will be attending to go over what is required to complete set up for Team Bank Accounts.

RCMP will be attending to submit information for Criminal Record Checks REQUIRED for all Team Volunteers!

Criminal Record Check Information

Please ensure all volunteers who need to complete their Criminal Record Check are aware of the following requirements:

✅Please bring a clear PHOTOCOPY of valid, non-expired government-issued identification.
✅You must also bring the original pieces of ID so they can be verified against the photocopies.
✅Two pieces of government-issued ID required.
✅A physical residential address is required. PO Boxes cannot be accepted as a residential address.
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate.

Important: If you need to submit information for your Criminal Record Check, please plan to arrive before 6:00 PM.

The RCMP will be arriving at 5:30 PM to set up and will only be available until approximately 6:30 PM, so please don’t wait until the end of the meeting to complete your paperwork.

⚠️ ALERT: Watch Out for Tournament Scams! Suspicious tournament invitations are currently targeting minor hockey teams. They often mimic official emails and forms very closely.

What you should do:
• Verify all unexpected invites before sending payment or clicking links.
• Confirm official sanctioned events at www.hockeyalberta.ca/tournaments.
• Reach out directly to verified host contacts.
