Innovative Fitness White Rock is offering a NEW Women’s Health Program — a 10-week small-group experience designed specifically for women 40+, navigating perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Unlike a typical workout class, this program combines:
-Strength training tailored to women in midlife: improve bone health, metabolism, and resilience.
-Education on the “hidden factors” that impact women’s health, including nutrition, hormones, sleep, and stress.
-Community support from like-minded women navigating the same stage of life.

Courts are ready for the Grip n' Rip Labour Day tournament. Surrey Pickleball Club volunteers were out in force cleaning at South Surrey Athletic Park. Thanks everyone - looking good!!!!

Two more Surrey Pickleball players on the podium! Sian and Annette played their way to Gold in the Womens 3.0 55+, also at the Fraser Valley Open.

There will be some great competition coming up at Surrey Pickleball Club's Grip n' Rip Tournament over the Labour Day Weekend!

Congratulations to Surrey Pickleball Club players who finished on the podium at the Fraser Valley Open! Athena and Ming-Na took the top spot of Gold for Womens Doubles 3.0; Brady along with his partner finished with Silver in the Mens Doubles 3.0; Shaida captured Silver with her partner in the Mixed Doubles 4.0; and in the Mens Doubles 4.5 Pablo finished with an impressive Silver. Well done!!!

Well that was fun! Innovative Fitness hosted their Pickleball & Pizza last night. Weather was great and so was the play. Special thanks to our club members Paul, Jules, and Jim for providing instruction and organising the play and food.
