Our Small Group Training is Wednesdays at 5 PM and is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after some time away, or looking to continue building strength, you’ll be welcomed exactly where you are.
This is more than just a workout. It’s a place for support, accountability, encouragement, and friendships that help keep you showing up—even on the days motivation is hard to find.
