This is a really special post about a very special person 🥹❤️

Watching her journey has genuinely inspired me in more ways than I can ever articulate. This hard-working, INCREDIBLE mom of 2 had every reason to let life knock her down… and instead, she said: “fuc*k that” with a smile 💅

Through it all, she has continued to be the kindest, brightest light and the type of person who makes everyone around her feel better just by being around her. ☀️💕

She has conquered cancer, self-limiting beliefs, grief, and all the challenges that come with being a mom and a woman. She has fought for herself every single time, WON and proved that the comeback is ALWAYS bigger than the setback ❤️

IS the definition of a strong woman **I mean look at her 🔥😍💪
She is strong not just because of her gorgeous muscles or what she’s overcome, but because of how she chooses to LIVE LIFE.
She understands that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary and the greatest form of self-love.
Taking care of yourself is POWERFUL 📣

She knows her oxygen mask has to go on first and pours into herself so she can keep showing up for the people she loves.

That is real strength 📣
That is HEALTHY LIVING 📣

She has put in the work and built a life full of support, healthy habits, and self-love, and it shows.
She has been with me since the very beginning of Tealfitpro, and I am so thankful she took a leap of faith. Being a part of her journey over has truly been such a gift, and I am so grateful that ive been able to watch her/family grow and thrive 🥹❤️

Thank you for sharing your story and showing that women are capable of overcoming HARD things and still coming out, brighter, stronger, and more powerful on the other side ✨
