Functional Games Online Pairs Competition

This is a pairs Novice, Intermediate, and RX Online competition aimed at giving all fitness levels the opportunity to grab a partner and compete! All registered pairs will be required to complete 4 WODs over 4 weeks, after the 4th WOD the top 5 in each category will have a 5th and Final WOD to complete. Format: Partners (M/M, F/F & M/F)

Novice:
Male/Male

Pair, Female/Female Pair and Male/Female Pairs

Intermediate:
Male/Male Pair, Female/Female Pair and Male/Female Pairs

RX:
Male/Male Pair, Female/Female Pair and Male/Female Pairs

All WODS will be created equally for any pair combination.
