Coach Sarah Smith is a Certified Yoga instructor(YTE-200) and personal training specialist(PTS) through CanFitPro and runs a BJJ Movements/Yoga Flow class on Sundays.
4. BEGINNER FRIENDLY
All beginners (kids and adults) will receive a free private introduction to BJJ class and are taken care of by our senior students with safety in mind.
5. FEMALE INSTRUCTORS
We are lucky to have Coach Sarah Smith and Sensei Yacinta Nguyen on our team who are two of Canada's all time best and most accomplished female grapplers.
6. FEMALE FRIENDLY
On top of having 2 female instructors, we also have one of the highest percentage of female students of any martial arts school currently at around 30%.
7. PROGRAMS FOR AGES 4 AND UP
We offer different programs for every age group over 4 years of age: 4-6 year olds, 7-12 year olds, teens, and adults. We offer lunch and evening classes.
