BASELINE TESTING 🚨
Season is over. Time to test!
Why test now?
Set the bar for the off-season. This time of year, numbers are typically the lowest coming out of season. That’s to be expected after a gruelling sport season.
We as coaches want to develop an athletic profile that provides feedback to the athlete on what to work on this summer.
What do we test?
Speed - 20m sprint with a 10m split time
Agility - 5-10-5
Power - Countermovement Jump (vertical) and Broad Jump (horizontal)
Upper body strength - 3RM Bench Press and Max Chin-ups
Conditioning - 300m shuttle repeats
Hip Strength and Balance - VALD Force Frame
Now it’s time to set goals and crush them this off season!
