Grateful for the opportunity yet not in slightest satisfied. The goal is not just about moving forward but feeling what you need and knowing who you are. Theres no need to beat yourself up over something that’s happened.

I’m learning how to take the lessons and apply them to the things I can control rather than aimless negative self talk. Heal the mind, feed the soul and transform the body.

There’s no workout plan that will EVER be able to overcome or outweigh what you fuel your body with.

It’s not rocket science. Take the time to incorporate whole foods you enjoy, stop chasing shortcuts and stay consistent. You got this 🤞🏾
