Recently the 2026 Black Belt Candidates completed their final pre-test! They have shown they understand and can demonstrate all the curriculum needed to earn their first degree of black belt!

The Saturday morning crew, consisting of, the leadership team, competition team, Black belt candidates and high performance athletes, took a moment together as a team to reflect on their achievements, challenges overcome, milestones and gratitude.

The candidates have also completed their team building weekend. Now they prepare for their final day of testing where it is all about demonstrating indomitable spirit, the final principle of black belt. Wish them good luck while their finish off their final testing!

The Blitz is a developmental training tournament that will help athletes level up their sparring game. Whether new, novice or experienced, this is a great opportunity to develop your sparring skills.
The goal of the Blitz is to help grow our sport and support our community. That is why we have teamed up with the feed The Need Durham to fight hunger in our community Make sure to bring a non-perishable item to donate.

This is a double elimination tournament, which guarantees all athletes are given the opportunity to compete against other athletes within their division.
