WE'RE HIRING - KIDDY COACHES FOR FALL! 🍂🚲

Love to spend time outside? Great with kids? Looking for casual work to bridge the gap between summer and winter? Come and join the team at the Whistler Racket Club.

Mornings are on the bikes - basic skills from balancing to braking, then adventures along the Valley Trail and through some easy Lost Lake trails. Afternoons are back at the club with games out on the courts, arts and crafts and story time 💙🧡

📅 Aug 31 - Nov 26, Monday-Thursday
⏰ 8:30am - 5pm, casual hours based on camper registration
💰 $20-25/hour, adjusted for experience and certifications
✅ Experience with children and basic biking ability, first aid an asset

Fall Kiddy Combo Camps! 🍂🚴

Summer isn't over yet, but fall is just around the corner - registration is open for our Fall Program (ages 3-5) at the Whistler Racket Club!

Mornings are all about biking, from run-biking through the village to the Lost Lake trails. Afternoons are at the club with tennis, soccer, yoga, games and arts and crafts, rain or shine 💙🧡

📅 Aug 31 – Nov 26, Monday-Thursday
⏰ Drop-off 8:30-9am, pick-up 2:30-3pm
✨ FREE extended day until 5pm *must be booked online*
☀️ Summer Camps continue Monday-Friday until Aug 28

From thrilling biking adventures on Whistler’s scenic trails to action-packed sports and games at our HQ , your child will have an amazing time learning, making friends + staying active! Love being outside? Great with kids? Want a job where your office is the trails, forests + fresh air? Combo Camps is hiring Outdoor Coaches for Spring & Summer, with roles available across Kiddy Bike, Adventure + Mountain Bike programs. Whether you love working with minis, leading epic outdoor adventures, or coaching kids on bikes - there’s a spot for you!! 👧🏾🧒🏼

🚲 Kiddy Bike Coach (Ages 3-5)
Spring & Summer roles available (April 6-Aug 28 or June 6-Aug 28)
Teach beginner biking through playful rides, games, arts & crafts + outdoor exploration. Perfect for energetic, creative coaches who love working with younger kids.

🧭 Adventure Camp Coach (Ages 5-12)
Summer role (June 6-Aug 28 | Full-time from June 29)
Lead shelter building, raft construction, archery, hikes, water sports, and nature games while building confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

🚵 Mountain Bike Coach (Ages 6-12)
Summer role (June 6- Aug 28)
Coach entry-level to intermediate mountain biking skills, help kids build confidence on trails, and share your love of riding.

👋 You’re a great fit if you:
Love being outdoors, enjoy working with kids, are reliable and safety-focused, and thrive in a team environment. Coaching, teaching, camp, or childcare experience is a big plus.

💰 The details:
• Starting wage: $20/hr (adjusted for experience & certifications)
• Monday-Friday, 8AM-3:30PM
• Perks include staff events, WB pass contribution, WRC discounts + free childcare
