After 30 years of YES, some of our favourite stories come from former participants.

We've shared a few in our latest article: More Than a Ski Course: The YES Stories That Last for Decades.

It’s happening! ❄️❄️❄️
The first snow has arrived at the top of Whistler! ⛷️🏂

It might only be September, but seeing the mountain turn white definitely gets us excited for what’s coming. Whistler’s high alpine reaches over 2,180 m, and the resort averages more than 10 metres of snow each year — there’s a reason we love spending our winters here.

Winter is on its way… and we’re ready! 🏔️
Who else is getting excited for those first turns?

Where can one winter take you? ❄⛷🏂

Andrea came to Whistler expecting one unforgettable winter. It led to working as a ski instructor at Whistler Blackcomb, completing her double degree in Engineering and Law, lifelong friendships, and returning to Whistler for more incredible seasons.

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing where our participants' journeys take them. Every journey is different, and Andrea's story is a great reminder of where one winter can lead.
