Our first Steps into our Nia Journey...
Nancy stepped into her first Nia class in 2012 and never looked back... Nia movement felt like coming home to her body.
Stephanie stepped into Nancy’s class in 2018, and it didn’t take long before Nancy encouraged her to step into her training! She got her white belt August 2019 and was teaching in September!
