So grateful to have one of those ‘pinch me’ moments whilst holding space at .adventures retreat in Nicaragua last month.
This week was full of those kind of moments that make all the early mornings, long days, late nights, studying, planning, and uncertainty feel worth it.
Teaching has given me so much more than a ‘job’. It’s given me connection, purpose, community, and opportunities I never could have imagined. 🥹
I think one of my favourite things about being in this space is witnessing people arrive in themselves. Watching shoulders soften. Breaths deepen. Faces relax. Smiles creep in. Seeing people remember, even for a moment, that they don’t need to be anywhere else or anyone else.
Forever grateful for this path, the people I’ve met along the way, and the privilege of sharing these practices in places that take my breath away. 🌊
