Mavericks, Factory Devo, and Outlaw INTENSE Racing programs are all invite only.

Banditos = 6-9 year old groms that can ride green mountain trails

Drifters = 8 years and older athletes wanting to get into racing, learn new skills, make new friends, do some freeride and tricks, and generally just kick some butt

Nomads = Athletes getting a bit more serious about competing and learning advanced skills, race tactics, workouts, and life-long habits of success.

Mavericks = Cat 1 athletes wanting professional coaching and race support at Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series races, training camps, and European opportunities.

Factory Development = Top 5 Cat 1 racers who have a legitimate chance of qualifying at World Series races when they are old enough and podiums at iXS races, PDS, and beyond. Open to athletes in North America

Outlaw INTENSE Racing = UCI World Séries Wild Card Team

Outlaw EAST = Eastern states athletes looking for professional coaching and all of the same Outlaw opportunities.

If you’re new, please contact Tyson through our site. It’s best to send some info about you (or your athlete), some riding videos, and then we can setup a FaceTime. Or if you’re in Utah we can take a ride.

had some qualifying splits, just lots a ton of time in the motorway at the bottom.
also had qualifying splits and looked the fastest during training, but couldn’t hold it together for qualifying.
came out the gate firing but had too many mistakes and didn’t make it into finals thesavage and had some good pace but just not enough to qualify.

So much learning and experience happened this year, and we’re ready to carry it into 2027.

This means so much to all of us. A podium represents the years of hard work and dedication it takes to get there. It proves The Outlaw Way works and that we are doing things right.

Confidence
Motivation
Build the foundation and success will happen. Not easily, nothing at this level is easy. But the competency builds the confidence which sets you up for consistent motivation to say yes to the positives and no to the negatives.

OUTLAW EAST. Applications open!

We’re building the East Coast’s only World Cup–pathway downhill program.
Twelve to fifteen riders.
Four three-day pre-season camps.
Full trackside support — coach, mechanic, team pit — at every round of the Pro Downhill Series and Downhill Southeast.

This is the proven Outlaw curriculum, delivered to a closed roster of athletes who intend to race World Cup and are ready to do the work to get there.

Selection is by application and evaluation. Roster confirmed in October.

RIDE FOR REED

Reed Russell has been a big part of the downhill mountain bike community for years. Following a serious spinal cord injury, he and his family now face a long road of recovery.

We are asking the entire mountain bike community to rally around Reed. Our goal is to raise more than $100,000 to support his recovery and help his family through the challenges ahead.

This fundraiser is being administered through Utah Mountains Sports Academy, a nonprofit 501(c)(3). One hundred percent of the proceeds will go toward supporting Reed and his family throughout his recovery. Donations may be tax deductible as allowed by law.

To our Outlaw Bike Team families, we have a special challenge: if each of us donated what it costs to send an athlete to just one race, imagine the difference we could make. Any amount is appreciated, and simply sharing this fundraiser is another great way to help.

We are reaching out to by out to the entire mountain biking community and our sponsors to help spread the word.
