JOB SUMMARY:
-Full-time, seasonal position (March to October), could develop into a year-round position.
-Part-time also considered.
-Shop hours: 10 am – 6 pm Tue. to Sat.
-Flexible schedule available.
-Could develop into year round position depending on skill set.
-$24 to $27 wage based on qualifications and experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
-2 + years experience as a bike mechanic.
-Enthusiasm for learning new skills, bike models and gear.
-Excellent customer service skills; friendly and welcoming demeanor.
-Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
-Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting job deadlines.
-Talent for troubleshooting.
-High standard for precise mechanical work.
-Experience with suspension is an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-All aspects of assembling, tuning, repairing bicycles.
-Providing knowledgeable advice to customers.
-Communicating with customers re: modifications to quote based on inspection.
-Keeping tool station organized and clean.
-General tidying and sanitation of shop.
-Handling payments cash/credit.
-Keeping abreast of emerging tech and trends.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:

SALARY / WAGE RANGE:
$24 to $27 based on experience and skillset.
