Plein Air Painting Adventure. Immerse yourself in Whistler’s alpine magic with a rare chance to paint surrounded by nature 🎨

Join us July 18 or August 22 from 2 to 4 pm for a Plein Air Painting Adventure at the Harmony Ridge Inuksuk on Whistler Mountain.

Hike up to a stunning alpine setting, settle in with a local artist, and create your own canvas masterpiece with all supplies provided. Afterward, head back to the Roundhouse for a complimentary glass of on the patio and soak in the views 🍷

Spots are $85 or $65 for Arts Whistler members. Participants must be 16+.

Please allow time for the gondola and hike, and note that lift tickets are required and not included. Epic Pass holders have summer access covered.

Our Mountain Top Summer Feasts kick off this weekend, with a 50% discount for Sea to Sky locals on Saturday and Sunday. Welcome to the Ascent Trail - your gateway to the top of Blackcomb Mountain. This is where it all begins… a three-part climb gaining over 1,200 metres (over 3,900 feet).

Start easy as you wind through coastal rainforest and towering old-growth trees on Little Burn. From here, you can tap out at Blackcomb Gondola mid-station... or go all in.

Push onward through Heart Burn for those unreal alpine views, wildflower meadows, and the sound of whistling marmots giving you a piece of their mind. And if you keep your eyes peeled, you might even spot one of the 40 black bears that call Whistler home. Want a guaranteed encounter? Join a guided bear viewing tour.

This weekend, summer is full on – PEAK 2 PEAK and Blackcomb Gondola start spinning daily, and our Top of the World Summit on Whistler Mountain opens via Peak Express Chairlift. Our teams are busy putting the finishing touches on Cloudraker Skybridge and Raven’s Eye Lookout – we're not quite ready to open this signature sightsee experience but expect to be up and running in the coming days. Stay tuned to our social channels for updates. If you’re planning a visit to Whistler this sunny and warm weekend, here’s what you can expect:

🚶 It’s prime snow wall viewing time! Access them via Pika’s Traverse, from the top of Whistler Village Gondola.

🐻 Bears and marmots are out and about – if you’re lucky you just might spot a few, or you can book a bear tour and let our expert guides show you the way.

Mountain Top Movement presented by is back for Friday mornings from June 26 to September 4. Start your day with an energizing class at the Roundhouse Lodge from 10 to 11, surrounded by sweeping Coast Mountain views 🏔️

We’re hosting outdoor Yoga and Pilates sessions against a breathtaking mountain back drop. Open to all levels. Classes are led by different instructors, so no two sessions are the same. Whether you're here to stretch, sweat, or take in the scenery, you'll be among others who value movement and the mountains.

Complimentary Celsius will be on hand to keep you fueled, and we’ll provide mats.

Planning to stick around? Bring your hiking gear and explore the nearby trails after class. Just a heads up, mountain weather can change quickly, so dress in layers. If conditions shift, we'll host the class inside.

✨ 9:30am : Mandatory upload via Whistler Village Gondola
✨ 9:45am: Hard cut off time for gondola upload and class entry

On Wednesday, June 3, 45 volunteers and supporters rolled up their sleeves for EpicPromise Day at Cheakamus Community Garden. With support from AWARE Whistler, the Whistler Blackcomb Envirofund, and our friends in Whistler Blackcomb Building Maintenance, we helped get the garden ready for growing season - repairing, restoring and refreshing shared community space. Here’s what we got done in just one day:

🌱1 shed deck refurbished
🌱2 tables + 3 benches restored
🌱20 garden boxes repaired
🌱140 numbers spray painted
🌱3 truckloads hauled to the dump
🌱Countless weeds pulled
