Wishing everyone the Happiest of New Years❤️ Today is a tangible opportunity for a new beginning and cross roads to leave what no longer serves us in the past. As we embark on the first few days of 2021, it’s a blessed time to reflect on our strengths, what we are grateful for and the many ways we have grown and risen to the many challenges 2020 presented. It’s also a wonderful time to set an intention for 2021. Sending love and light to you, my friends🙏 Happy New Year!!

I wanted to send out a quick update about classes. Although with the phase 3 re-opening fitness classes are able to start back up, the additional costs for cleaning/ sanitation have made me postpone restarting classes. I have been thinking of alternative options and I would love your thought! We could meet outside, respecting the group sizes and social
distancing. I could post some classes online. Or if you have any other suggestions, I would love to hear them. I hope you are all keeping well

On this beautiful Sunday I would like to take a moment to recognize all the magnificent mom's. The unconditional love, the tireless commitment to your children/ your family. It doesn't go unnoticed... but today is the day to truly acknowledge and celebrate all that you are and all that you do❤️❤️❤️

Hello my friends. Sitting here contemplating what self care looks like to me for today. Today let's focus on staying hydrated. Ensuring we drink enough water helps with:
* flushing out waste from your body
* regulating body temperature
* helping your brain function
* helps protect your tissues, and joints
On average, it's recommended to drink 2-3 litres of water each day. Let's start by adding a glass in the morning and a glass this evening before your start preparing supper.

After ongoing changes throughout the morning, I have decided to postpone the remainder of the classes for this week.
I will review this decision weekly.
Please keep well.
Social distancing and isolation can be a challenge physically as well as mentally and emotionally. Do things to take care of your self💕 I will post some workouts as well as other tips for self care

Alright my friends... we are going to go ahead with classes today. If you are feeling under the weather or not comfortable coming to class, please stay home. I will post the workout on here for you to enjoy.
If you have been travelling, please enjoy the classes from home until you are done your self imposed isolation.
At class we will be increasing our sanitation.

Good evening all. I'm struggling with what is the "right" thing to do with classes. Do we cancel classes to support social distancing? Or do we continue with classes as a form of self care and immunity boosting?
I will talk with the church tomorrow morning and will post on here as soon as I am able.
