🥎 THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND! 🥎

A HUGE thank you to all the teams that came out and played this past weekend! ❤️ We truly appreciate everyone who helped make the Nickel Lake Classic such a fun and memorable weekend of ball.

🏆 1st Place — Carl’s Angels
🥈 2nd Place — Performance Enhancing Hugs
🥉 3rd Place — Thomson Farms

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans and we were rained out before we could play the playoff games. The final winners were determined by points, but despite the rain, we still had an awesome Friday and Saturday of ball, along with a successful co****le tournament and home run derbies!

This was our first year in many, many years having this many teams, and we definitely had to pivot and learn along the way. We’re used to hosting around 12 teams, so getting the schedule to work with so many teams came with some challenges. We know there are definitely things we’ll do differently next year, but we can’t thank all of the teams enough for being so understanding, patient and flexible.

All in all, it was an AMAZING weekend of ball! ⚾❤️

A huge thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this tournament happen — the teams, players, volunteers, organizers, umpires, sponsors, and everyone who came out to support us. We couldn’t have done it without you!

❤️ Most importantly, our proceeds went to Big Brothers Big Sisters. A special thank you to them for coming out and bartending for us Saturday evening and for helping us give back to our community.

Thank you all for making our first big tournament in years such a success!
