Ready to get back into a routine this fall? This is your chance to focus on the habits that make you feel your best — while getting your HIIT workouts in too!

✨ 6-WEEK FALL RESET
💪 6-week HIIT membership — $130 + tax
🔥 Fall Reset Challenge entry — $20
➡️ TOTAL: $156.50

Throughout the 6 weeks, earn points for:
💧 1 point for drinking your water- take your body weight in oz and divide in half to find your water intake
🧘 1 point a day for doing 10 minutes of mobility
😴 Getting your sleep ( this will be set by you for your lifestyle)
🏋️ 1 point for completing your workout up to 4 points a week
🥩 Hitting your protein goal ( set individually )
⭐ 1 bonus point on Sunday if you get 60,000-70,000 steps for the week

🔥 KIDS & TEEN FITNESS IS BACK THIS SEPTEMBER! 🔥

A little throwback to some of our Kids & Teen classes having fun while getting stronger! 💪

After a summer break, we’re excited to welcome both our Kids and Teen classes back this September!

Our classes focus on building confidence, improving strength, staying active, making friends, and having fun—all in a positive and encouraging environment. No experience or fitness level is needed.

Whether your child is returning or joining us for the first time, we’d love to have them be part of another great session this fall.

📅 Classes begin September 8th
👧 Kids: Ages 6–10 -Monday & Wednesday | 4:00–4:50 PM
🧑 Teens: Ages 10+ - Tuesday & Thursday | 4:00–5:00 PM

It doesn’t take long before gym life starts rubbing off on kids.

Next thing you know, they’re coaching from the sidelines or trying to steal your equipment.

We’re a kid friendly gym, which means they get to watch, learn, and join in on the fun. 💪😂

Another year of Teens Class in the books. These kids have worked hard on their lifting all year, but nothing gets them going quite like a competitive game.

Shoutout to Rick for jumping in on some of the games. After everyone left Rick said: “remind me to never mess with those girls.” He thought joining them for tug of war would be a breeze and quickly found out they’re one tough group. 😂 💪🏾

Have a great summer, and we’ll see you all back in the fall!
