Well that was a interesting challenge. this unit came in with leaking hydraulic cylinders. Removed bucket and boom cylinders and rebuild with new seals and o rings. Reassembled and bam No more leaking hydraulic rams.

Well when you only have one kick at the cat. Transmission out new clutch. Engine pulled out replaced front and rear timing chains and reassemble turn key and it starts and runs perfectly. If not you have to do it all over again.

#3 engine out now to change out engine coupler and reinstall. Might just as well do a tune up at the same time with new plugs distributor cap and rotor plug wires.
