Finally added the Matrix multipress. This is a great machine for shoulder press, incline press and chest press. The three adjustments available to custom fit are the weight stack, the seat height, and the angle of the press arm.

It is pretty straightforward but look at the Matrix website and search multipress for some quick video how to.

The treadmills will be next!

Coming soon to Westport Fitness is the Matrix multipress machine. This machine replaces the Magnum chest press with three in one. You can do shoulder presses incline bench presses and chest presses on the new machine. It will arrive later this week.

I apologize for screwing up the timing slightly the Magnum chest press left on Sunday ☹️

Added an Octane Elliptical last week. 3 new machines to help with the winter busy-ness. Another treadmill is very soon.

There will be a price increase in April. Not for existing members though.

Added an Independent Lat Pulldown over the holidays. More updates coming soon. Prices will increase in April, however existing memberships will stay the same.

New door decals installed for better privacy.

I had feedback that some members felt obligated to open the door when non-members were peeking inside or looking in curiously. These new decals should help solve this issue.

They should also help with privacy when working out after dark as people can not see inside from the parking lot any longer.

The QR Code on the door will help answer prospective members questions.

Please do not let people in the gym. You do not know if they are paying members.

I have had alot of requests, going back to pre covid, for an Inner/Outer thigh machine at Westport Fitness. Finally added one yesterday💪

Updates on a few fixes and repairs. 1. The locksmith will be in on Tuesday to repair this lever latch. 2. Pop pin on the Lat Pulldown is repaired. 3. A replacement treadmill will be in this coming week most likely.
