North Shore Dolphins Dive Club Since our inception in 2004, the North Shore Dolphins have been training children to dive in our popular Learn-to-Dive programs.

The North Shore Dolphins Dive Club Society is a springboard diving club committed to the promotion of physical fitness and good sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. The majority of our programs operate out of the West Vancouver Community Centre, however, due to the program’s popularity, we added a class at the Ron Andrews Pool in North Vancouver in September, 2010. Our Dolphin divers have won countless medals at all levels of competition in Canada – from the fun local competitions, to the BC Summer and Winter Provincials, the BC Games and the Canadian Junior National Championships. We have been sending divers to the Canadian Nationals for five years in a row (2009 – 2013). In 2012, Alison won a silver medal on the 3m board and a 4th place podium finish on the 1m – these results earned her a spot on the Canadian Junior National Team for the 2012 / 2013 dive season! The North Shore Dolphins Dive Club Society is a springboard diving club committed to the promotion of physical fitness and good sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. Our goal is to maintain a high quality accessible program which brings springboard diving to its fullest potential in this community. We offer learn to dive and recreational diving classes as well as a range of competitive diving opportunities. We strive to help divers understand the importance of lifelong physical activity, nutrition and positive self esteem. Our Society keeps the program accessible through the hundreds of volunteer hours it takes to run the club which allows us to provide scholarships for those needing to overcome financial barriers and maintain minimal fee increases for all others.

🚨 We’re Hiring Coaches! 🚨

The Dolphins are looking for enthusiastic part-time coaches to join our team! 🐬 Since 2004, we have been training divers at the West Vancouver Aquatic Centre, Ron Andrews Pool, and the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
This role is for our Recreational and Competitive programs, working with divers ages 6–17 (and a few adults!) who love the sport and compete at local and provincial levels throughout the year.

📍 Flexible hours
💰 Pay based on experience
✅ NCCP Level 1 + criminal record check required
