Volunteer Registration is Now Open! 🙌

Join the organizing crew and help put on two epic weekends of racing for our community! ♥️ We have volunteer opportunities available across different days:

• Friday, Sep 25: Package Pick-up
• Saturday, Sep 26: Event Day Support
• Friday, Oct 2: Package Pick-up
• Saturday, Oct 3: Event Day Support

As a thank you for your time and support, volunteers will each receive a West Van Run shirt, along with various rewards such as gift cards and West Van Run race entries. Rewards are based on the number of volunteer shifts completed.

Volunteer Rewards:
👕 All volunteers: West Van Run t-shirt
• 1 shift → $15 lovelarte gift card
• 2 shifts → $25 lovelarte gift card
• 3 shifts → 5K or 10K entry or $35 lovelarte gift card
• 4 shifts → The Double entry or $45 lovelarte gift card

Note: Event-day volunteers must attend one training session the week before.
