Birdies socials are about creating a space for women to show up as they are, build confidence, and connect through sport in a way that feels exciting and inclusive. And we’re just getting started!

It’s about community, supporting one another, and for more women to step into golf without intimidation while I add a touch of fun with a theme! 💃

A huge part of what makes these nights so special is collaborating with incredible businesses that are women-founded or women-focused. Supporting each other is how we grow and these partnerships bring so much energy and intention to every event.

What happens when you bring together golf, a runway, fashion, and confidence? Beauty & Magic ✨

From the fairways to our runway, and all through the night we celebrated each other, complimented each other and we redefined what women in sport look and feel like with a touch of glam. Watching you all swing with confidence and then absolutely own the runway… Iconic.

Thank-you for showing up in full glam, channeling your favourite icon. You were ready to try something new, and it was something truly special.

Happy International Women & Girls in Sports Day!

This song by and the lyric: “Please forgive my Northern Attitude, I was raised on little light” feels fitting today because women and girls sport has always been about making our spaces shine, even when our light was little or was missing altogether.

And now, now we are seeing change. Stadiums filling, women’s golf growing, women playing more sports than ever before, records are breaking, girls are seeing themselves reflected back as strong, unstoppable and damnnnn we are HERE!

That little light? I hope its blinding you now.

So here’s to every woman and girl who kept showing up, you’re the glow, you’re our future and keep shining!

Everything I do is for the little girl who was still finding her place in sport and in golf. Birdies was created to be the space I once needed, a place for women to learn and feel supported. My greatest hope is that our future junior girls grow into the game with confidence and purpose, and knowing without a doubt that they belong.
