We are so proud of everyone who came out to test themselves for our full HYROX SIM this past weekend.

We saw a lot of nervous people before the event started, the most exciting part was when the event was over. People had conquered their nerves and were blown away and excited by how well they did and that they rose to the occasion.

Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain.

Today is your last chance to sign up for the Starke HYROX full simulation this Saturday, September 12th.

If you’re on the fence it’s time to jump!

This is the first full Sim in the city. If you’re looking to tune up for the upcoming Toronto event, Vancouver in December or you want to try a local event and test your fitness now as your chance.
