As the very first instructor hired at The Peach Room, she’s been part of our story from the beginning. Originally from Toronto, Lexus also comes from the world of television as a former Big Brother Canada houseguest—and brings that same confidence, presence + personality to the Mat.

Every Wednesday at 6:15 PM, we’re handing over the reformers for a men’s-only class built around strength, mobility, control and performance — whether you’re lifting, running, golfing, playing rec sports, or just want your body to move better.

No Pilates experience required. No flexibility required. Just show up.

We brought 8 guys into the studio for a trial run of Boys’ Night — and they all came in with very different starting points.

Some hit the gym regularly. Some play sports. Some hadn’t worked out in a while. Some had never been on a Reformer in their life.

The verdict? Pilates was a lot harder than they expected. 😂

The word of the night: HUMBLED.

But that’s exactly the point. Reformer Pilates challenges strength, stability, mobility, coordination + endurance in ways most traditional workouts don’t — and apparently introduces you to a few muscles you didn’t know you had.

Most importantly, it was a damn good time. Move your body, challenge yourself + hang with the bros. 🤝

Boys’ Night is led by ✨ lexa ✨ and officially starts next Wednesday, September 2 @ 6:15 PM.
