FREE FREE FREE FREE Football Day tomorrow at Youngs Sports Complex.Performance 1 Athletics along with Derek Stonier are proud to offer this great day for our youth and future Athletes of tomorrow.We are selling our silicone wrist band in youth and adult sizes $2 fee goes straight towards Steve Ludziks Parkinsons Foundation as well as a portion of our raffle tix $$$$.Also we will be having various draws which include Sabre Game Tix,Free training Sessions,Cases of Gp8 water,hats,shirts etc.The Raffle tix $$$ will be 1 for $5 or 3 for 10$ thanks and hope to see every1 Sat. Ok everyone So our kids Day is from 2-4pm on Feb 2 2013 so there is no miscommunication.We look forward in having you all out there.Thanks .This is updated as of Sat Jan 26,2013.Free loot bags to all the 1st 100 kids registered ,but we are not limiting the children to this event.Loot bags include 1 bottle of GP8 water,laynard and water bottle by Harrows sports,and a free mini football as well as pizza at the end of the event donated by Mossimos Pizza..Steve Ludzik will be on hand as well to sign his book "Been There Done That'.Leadership and sportsmanlike speech will be given in addtion to this great day.we will be raising money for Steve charity Parkinsons Disease as well.we are asking for a donation of $2.00 for our silicone bracelet campaign to help in this fight and to help Steve with this great cause.Raffle prizes as well will be on hand .Including Sabre tix,Nike Footballs,and donations of free training sessions to Performance 1 Athletics.Thanx again Ryan Stretton

Everyone come join me to celebrate Niagara Kids football day.
February 2, 1:30 - 4:30pm at the new Young's Sportsplex dome on River road in Welland. I am organizing a free 3 hour youth football clinic to children ages 7 -14.
Co ed participation is encouraged. Everyone is welcome, doesn't matter if you have played before or not, and doesn't matter what city center you are from.

Please pass this info along to your friends, family, Generals teammates, Spears teammates. First 100 registered receive gift bags. I am still looking for a couple coaches also if anyone is interested. This is going to be a great event that is no cost to parents or athletes.

Performance 1 Touch Football Open House
January 20th, 2013 8:30pm - 10:00pm Youngs Sportsplex
Come check out the field, and the Performance 1 crew.

All forms for registration are now at Young's Sportsplex, including a single players sign up sheet if you don't have enough players to put a team in. DO NOT DELAY signing up, you may find yourself just watching this year if you wait, we have had a sudden surge in interest over the weekend and anticipate filling all team spots shortly.

We have decided to add a singles sign up sheet.If you want to play touch football but can't get 12 friends together, get us your name and you can join a team that is short, or make up a whole new team.

Come play on a GREAT FIELD, bigger field, better quality and cheaper than the other local indoor field in Niagara.
Game Time is : 7:30pm - 10:30pm Saturdays
Team Fee : $1,375.00 + HST.
Possible team sponsorships available if you do not already have one.

Watch for info about our open house for the league in the New Year. Come on by and check out the field.
