Thank you all so much for your support and for continuously making and voting Top Dawgs Fitness the best training facility in the area year after year, we couldn’t do it without you! 🐶🎄

Everyone who scans into the gym from Christmas Eve until New Years Day will be entered into our draw to win one of our Christmas gift baskets! (12:01am Christmas Eve until 11:59pm New Years Day)

The facility is open 24/7/365 to make sure you aren’t missing any of your workouts! However our office hours might slightly alter over this holiday period. If they are changing we will post updates on social media the day of. We can also be reached by phone call, voicemail, email and of course via our social media accounts.

Fathers can be many different figures in someone’s life whether it’s an Stepfather, grandfather, uncle, father in law, etc. you are all recognized today as well!

Mother’s Day - A time when we think of our mothers, what they have done and continue to do for us everyday.

Mothers come in all shapes, sizes and ages. They are the women who gave us life, or they are women who gave our life meaning by choosing to be a part of their families as step-mothers, adoptive mothers and foster mothers.

There are Grand Mothers, Mother in laws, Aunts and God Mothers. They are your mom’s best friend or your best friend’s mom, who treat you like one of her own. Dad’s who stand in as Mom and figure out how to be both. To all those Dads who fill both roles, you get a shout out today too.
