We’re proud to be the official off-ice training home of the Niagara Nationals U7, U8, and U9 teams for the 2026/2027 season.

At BILT Fitness, our mission is about more than building stronger athletes. It’s about helping young players develop confidence, discipline, work ethic, and a love for the process.

The foundation of hockey starts long before the scoreboard matters. Through movement, athletic development, and age-appropriate training, we’re committed to helping these athletes grow on and off the ice.

Today's focus wasn't on going full send from round one. It was about building sustainable race pace, controlling your heart rate, and staying consistent under pressure.
5 Rounds ▫️ 400m Run
▫️ 20 Wall Balls
▫️ 500m Row or Ski
▫️ 1 Length Burpee Broad Jumps
⏱️ 2:00 Rest Between Rounds
The goal?
✅ Keep every round within 10-20 seconds of each other
✅ Find your sustainable race pace
