Another year, another uptown summer sweat! 💦 💜

This year we are hosting our 3rd consecutive Uptown Summer Sweat Workout Event! An event full of fun, sweat and more importantly community! ☀️

Here’s what you can expect:
✨ 15 min run / walk at your own pace hosted by
✨15 min strength circuit hosted by your very own
✨15 min F45 inspired core and conditioning circuit hosted by
✨15 min deep stretch and relaxation hosted by

1 full hour of hard work, fun and community🙌🏻

Trying healthy snacks so you don’t have to🍿🥨

We put some popular “healthy” snacks to the test and rated them on taste, ingredients, protein, and whether they’re actually worth buying again. Some surprised us… Some definitely did not 😂

Finding balanced snacks doesn’t have to mean eating boring food. The goal is choosing options that keep you full, energized, and satisfied without feeling restricted.

Watching Elise go through this process has been really special.

She didn’t just get physically stronger (which she absolutely did), she also completely shifted how she shows up for herself. Her mindset, her habits, and her consistency all changed. ✨

She’s built an approach to eating that actually feels balanced and sustainable, not the all-or-nothing cycle she used to get stuck in.

She’s back training for performance again, supporting her archery goals, and pushing herself outside her comfort zone in a way she genuinely enjoys. That confidence did not appear overnight; she earned it through repetition and effort.

And what made the biggest difference is that she stayed open, asked for support, and trusted the process even when it felt uncomfortable.
