Finally... 🎓

I just finished my PhD in neurophysiology 🧠, and after 10 years of post-secondary education, I think I'm finally done... probably 😂.

The last 4 years were definitely a grind, but I learned a lot, made great friends, and created some amazing memories that I will cherish!

Despite all my bitching and complaining over the years, I wouldn't change a thing. In the same breath, I'm definitely excited for what is coming next.

Before I put the nail in this coffin though, I want to thank everyone who helped me get through this. My parents, Pat Lawler and Gary Collins (slide 5); my supervisor, Dr. Jayne Kalmar (slides 1, 12, 13, 14); my advisory committee; all my lab mates over the years, with a special shoutout to Ryan Weller‼️and Sydney Anderson who went above and beyond to always lend a hand🙏; my friends; and even all my athletes who helped train around my sporadic schedule 🏋️‍♂️. Oh... and my dogs who were always around to distract me when I needed to prepare (slide 3) 😂

I honestly couldn't have done it without all of you, and I really do appreciate everyone who has reached out to congratulate me!

Success at this level isn't an accident. We’ve seen firsthand the relentless work ethic and the commitment you’ve brought to every single session. 😤

You’ve stayed disciplined, kept your heads down, and put in the work required to compete at the professional level. Can't wait to watch you ball out 🙌

Now it’s time to let that mindset take over. Go out there, stay locked in, and show them exactly what that dedication looks like on the field.

Setting the standard. 😤

Huge congratulations to these four for seeing their names called in the 2026 CFL Draft!

We’ve seen the hours in the gym, the extra reps, and the relentless discipline it took to reach this moment. Seeing all that hard work finally pay off is one of my favorite parts of this job.

I’m incredibly proud of these men and can't wait to watch you ball out. The league is getting four absolute gems. 💎

These athletes have pushed through every session, refined every detail, and checked every box.

Tomorrow isn’t about luck; it’s about ex*****on. I’ve seen the work ethic firsthand, and I couldn't be more proud to see them showcase it on the national stage.

Huge day for the "regional boys" at the 2026 CFL Invitational. We’re leaving with Top 5 finishes across the board. 👏

The hard work paid off, with all our guys killing expectations. I'm beyond proud of all of these young men, and can't wait to see what's next 🫡

The gap between high school and the next level just got smaller. 😤

We are officially opening registration for our U14, U16, and U18 Elite Football Prep program at Collins Athletic Performance.

This is an 8-week intensive block designed for the most dedicated athletes in the region. The program is led by Dr. Jesse Collins (PhD in Neurophysiology), featuring years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach at the University level.

What to expect:

Pro Mentorship: Coached directly by current CFL Professional Athletes.
Elite Programming: Advanced methodology focusing on Velocity Based Training (VBT), ballistics, and running mechanics.
The Standard: We train athletes, not powerlifters. We are looking for highly dedicated individuals ready to train at a collegiate standard.

We are cultivating an elite environment. If you are serious about your development and want to train where excellence is the only option, this is for you.

Gordan Lam earned every bit of his transformation. 💪🏽

He put in a full year of consistent work, never missed a session, and stayed locked in on what he wanted to improve.

Going from 187 lbs and a 4.97 to 205 lbs and a 4.80 wasn’t an accident, it was the result of showing up, day after day, with real intent. 📈🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Proud of this guy and what he has become. 🙏

absolutely owned the 2024 CFL Combine and it was the product of an entire year of relentless work. Every phase of the offseason, every adjustment, every setback... he showed up. Even coming off a shoulder injury, Luke never backed off. We had to get creative with his programming and rebuild things piece by piece, but he stayed locked in, trusted the process, and was one of the most coachable athletes I’ve ever worked with. 👏

What you saw at the Combine wasn’t luck, it was the result of commitment, consistency, and a level of discipline most people will never understand. Luke was one of the stars of the 2024 Combine class, and he earned every bit of it 😤

But he’s also just one example. Over the next couple weeks we’ll be sharing more stories from athletes who put in the same level of work and made the most of their opportunity.

Proud, but never surprised. The work always shows. 💪🔥
