Waterloo Chess Academy is excited to present our Fall Chess Bootcamp, building on our successful programs in Waterloo, London, Mississauga, and Guelph. Offering a hands-on experience this fall to teach students the fundamentals of chess through engaging lessons with a professional chess coach!
Ages: 6 to 16
Time: Fridays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Chess is not just a game; it’s a powerful educational tool. Learning chess helps kids:

Program Highlights:
-Master how to move pieces.
-Learn the value of each piece.
-Discover the golden moves of chess.
-Understand essential tactical motifs.
-Dive into basic openings.
-Write chess moves and read chess books.
-Use a chess clock.
-Participate in their first tournament.
By the end of this program, students will confidently play chess and understand its fundamental strategies.
Price: $380. Includes all materials, equipment, and homework assignments.

Please note: As this is the only chess school in Milton and space is limited to one classroom, we may not be able to accommodate all interested students in the fall session. If the class is full, you will have the opportunity to register for the winter session.
