Our U3 Physical Literacy Program is a fun, imaginative introduction to soccer for players born in 2024. Through age-appropriate games, movement, and creative activities, little ones learn, explore, and grow at their own pace.

Sessions are led by our skills development instructors—and parent participation is required and encouraged, so please come dressed to join the fun!

Play indoor rec soccer with a friend this fall! ⚽️🙌🏼

During registration in your PowerUp account , submit a teammate request for your friend—and make sure they request you too! Requests must be one-to-one and reciprocal; both players must be registered and select each other.

Thank you to all our Rec players who came out for REC NIGHT at our Men’s OPL match against Master’s FA! 🟡⚫️

You were part of a record crowd of 400+ supporters who packed the stands and brought the energy all night at RIM Park! 🗣️👏👏👏

Huge high-five to our Skill Centre U8 Boys for supporting the ! 🎒⚽

A big thank you to Officer Melissa from Waterloo Regional Police Service for coming out to training and sharing more about this great community initiative.

The helps collect new backpacks, school supplies, lunch bags, and gift cards for local kids and families—so more students can head back to school feeling ready and supported.

Well done, boys! We’re proud of the way you show up for our community, both on and off the field.
