✨ Behind the scenes at SHINE! 💜✨

Today our coaching team came together for our annual staff training day, investing time into learning, collaborating, and preparing to provide the best possible experience for our athletes this season.

At SHINE, we believe great coaching starts with great preparation. Our coaches spend time building their skills, learning how to support every athlete, and creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child can grow and shine. 🌟

We are SO excited to welcome all of our SHINE families back into the gym for our Fall programming! 💜
