🔥🦄(SPICY) TERIYAKI SHRIMP🦄🔥
Like prepping with a cheat code! Looks and tastes like you cooked all day— takes 30 minutes of total prep time. Twenty minutes from the time the stove turns on to plating.
Low effort, low calorie, big flavour, big impact!
Lie to your friends and family about how long it took and make them do the dishes. Watch a show on Netflix while they’re cleaning. (You can skip Dear Child on Netflix; the ending sucks.)

Features a low cal Asian dressing,
MARINATED SHRIMP
🦄 2lbs of Shrimp
🦄 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
🦄 1 tbsp maple syrup
🦄 2 cloves garlic (minced)
🦄 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
🦄 2 tbsp lemon juice
🦄 2 tbsp EVOO
🦄 1 tsp grated ginger
🦄 4 cups riced Cauliflower
🦄 2 eggs (scrambled)
🦄 1 yellow onion
🦄 1 red pepper
🦄 1 jalapeño
🦄 2 cloves garlic
🦄2 tbsp sesame seeds
🦄 2 green onion, sliced
🦄 1 handful cherry tomatoes (diced)
🦄 2 handfuls spinach
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate peeled shrimp for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Chop and sauté yellow onion, pepper, and garlic. Once cooked and fragrant, pour in shrimp and marinade.
Cook until shrimp are curled and cooked through. Add tomatoes and spinach to saucepan. Allow to warm until spinach wilts, and remove from heat.
Prepare the cauliflower bedding. (Does it NEED to be riced cauliflower? Couldn’t it just be rice? Well, does Henry Cavill NEED to be shirtless in every show? Couldn’t he just be smartly dressed? Yeah, that’s what I thought.)
When cauliflower is cooked, add in scrambled egg.
Portion out egg and cauliflower on to plate. Add shrimp and accompanying vegetables. Garnish with sesame and green onion.
Consume. Dominate.
