🎊 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ONE OF OUR OGs, COACH STACEY! 🎂♥️💙

Stacey has been part of our F45 Waterdown family since before we even opened our doors! From our early park workouts🌳 to the parking lot days🚙, F45 Live🎥, Circuit😷 and everything in between💫, she’s truly been through it all with us! 💪🏼😅

Over the years, Stacey has worn many hats👒 , from coaching countless classes to taking on the role of Studio Manager and helping shape the community we’ve built today!

Last year, Stacey made the decision to step away from her Studio Manager role to pursue a longtime passion of hers — REAL ESTATE! 🏡 She officially got her real estate licence last October and has been juggling both ever since!

And when she’s not coaching or helping people find their dream homes✨, you might find her horseback riding 🐎, out running 🏃‍♀️ or off exploring the outdoors and making memories with her two kids, Roxy and Josh! 🌲🥾☀️

She’s recently discovered a love for running and has been taking on all sorts of races🥇 and challenges along the way, even finding a fellow F45 OG 👀 to tackle them with! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♀️👟💨

We’re so grateful that even with her busy schedule, she continues to be such a big part of our F45 family. Six years later and she’s still bringing that same energy❤️‍🔥, dedication💯 and passion🥰 to the studio!

With our newly refreshed studio, upgraded equipment, and incredible community continuing to grow, we’re looking to expand our coaching team and bring some exciting new programming to F45 Waterdown! 🙌🏼

We have some BIG ideas💡 for what’s next👀, and we’re looking for passionate❤️‍🔥, energetic⚡️, and knowledgeable🧠 coaches who want to help us bring them to life💪🏼!

🏋🏼‍♀️ F45 LIFT – Dedicated strength training sessions utilizing our brand-new rack systems and equipment.

👶🏼 PARENT & TOT FITNESS – Creating an opportunity for parents to get moving while bringing their little ones along for the fun!

💪🏼 KIDS & TEEN FITNESS – Introducing younger generations to fitness in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment.

🔥 MORE F45 CLASSES – Expanding our current schedule and adding more opportunities for our members to train and maybe bringing back classes like Brixton🥊!

We’re looking for certified personal trainers and fitness coaches who are passionate about helping others👯‍♀️, love being part of a team🤝🏼, and bring great energy to the training floor💯!

🤩 Experience working with children and youth, pre- and postnatal fitness, pelvic floor health, or specialized strength training and programming would be a HUGE bonus! 🙌🏼💪🏼
