We are looking for a fun💯, energetic🔥 and experienced🏋🏼‍♀️ fitness coach to join our team for daytime, evening (6pm) and weekend morning classes!

Qualifications💡:

🎓 Certified Group Fitness / Personal Trainer certification OR equivalent education diploma (Kin, Biomechanics, etc.) with a minimum of one year experience

🫀 First Aid, CPR and AED certified

💪🏼 Outgoing, friendly and passionate about fitness, F45😉 and helping others

👯 Works well in a team environment and able to engage / command a room

This is an individual HALFROX-style race, with athletes starting in waves of 2✌🏼 people every 5✋🏼 minutes.

A 60-min hybrid workout designed to push your limits — combining strength + cardio for a full-body burn 💪🏼

Format: 18 stations, 3 laps of increasing intensity 📈

🔥Lap 1: 20s work / 10s rest (2 sets)

Hi Waterdown Community👋🏼,

Coach Karli here🙋🏼‍♀️! As many of you know, I lost my mom to Glioblastoma in 2020. Each May, her birthday 🎂✨ month, and fittingly 🧠 Brain Cancer Awareness 🩶Month – I honour her by raising funds for Brain Cancer Canada, an organization very close to my heart ♥️.

For the past three years, one of the highlights of this fundraiser has been our ⭐F45 Hollywood⭐ workout dedicated to my mom. Many of you have taken part, and every year I’m blown away by your generosity, kindness, and support🤗.

This year, I’m SO😍 excited to switch things up with a HALFROX (mini HYROX!) race 🏁 on May 2. More details are coming soon, but expect a fun, high-energy 💯 morning where you can test your HYROX skills on a shortened course (6 × 400m runs + 6 stations). Sign-ups will be available on our ‘F45 Training Glofox’ booking app, shortly. This event is ✨free for members and open to non-members by purchasing a 📍drop-in class. All bookings will include 1 free raffle ticket!

A huge 🙌🏼 part of this fundraiser’s success has always come from our community’s incredible generosity in donating raffle 🎟 prizes. In past years, contributions have included gift cards, gift baskets, products, event tickets - you name it! I’m reaching out to see if you or your company might be interested in partnering with me this year by donating a raffle prize.

We’re incredibly proud to share something very close to our hearts 💜

Registration is now open for ‘5KM for Charley Mae’ — a special event honouring the beautiful life of Charley Mae Stewart✨ (2016–2025), the daughter of one of our longtime F45 family members, who was lost far too soon last June to Aicardi syndrome.

This event is more than a run — it’s a chance for our community to come together, support one another, and celebrate Charley’s spirit and all the joy☀️ she brought to the world while giving back to McMaster Children’s Hospital, who provided incredible care.

SNEAK PEEK 🫣 We have something fun😈 planned for you this Saturday — a 60-minute HYROX challenge🔥🔥🔥.

Welcome HYROX Signature Series Skill 4 👏🏼

The format is similar to Week 4, but with longer working periods to hit bigger targets. This will give you a clear sense of how long the HYROX stations will take on RACE DAY❤️‍🔥. Hit the target🎯 on screen, then push for max reps🥵 to really test your endurance.

💡 It’s all about pacing, precision, and pushing past your limits!
