We are excited to add a new line of e-bikes to our store! Aima makes several options in e-bikes for under $3000 but with high quality frames and hardware. Bafang is a huge name in this industry and so reliability and tech support are part of the package.
Besides price point this line of bikes offers riders something we have not had but many people are asking for, a throttle option.
While designed as a pedal assist bicycle, the rider also has the option to only use the thumb operated throttle too! Traditional step through frame styles and also the popular fat wheel go anywhere bikes are the mainstay of this brand. More people riding bikes is great!

Dan came in saying it was time to treat himself to a new mountain bike and he had wanted a Pivot for a long time! Well he looked at all the options and tried a few bikes before he decided the Shuttle AM was the right bike for him!
The Pivot Shuttle AM emtb is a full travel, full power and full battery bike that doesn’t feel like a tank like a lot of full power bikes do these days. After riding this bike and feeling the confidence inspiring suspension and handling, Dan was sold!
Thanks Dan and have fun!

Evolution of an amazing bike from bare frame to ready to ride, this Pivot Mach 4 SL is missing nothing! Fox Factory suspension and seatpost paired with Raceface Era carbon cranks and handlebar, with gold highlights. Started with a matching gold Raceface stem but changed it to blue to match the Raceface chainring. Continental Dubnitol tires mounted on DT Swiss 1500 carbon wheels.
SRAM AXS XO t type transmission doing the shifting duties, 4 piston Shimano brakes round it out!
The Mach 4 SL is race oriented bike that offers so much more. Certainly light and fast, quick handling, great climber… but there is more going on with this machine! It feels like it has longer legs in the rough stuff and is stable everywhere but in particular in the fast roots and rocks and down hills where other XC bikes have you holding on for dear life!
Bottom line, if you like to ride fast but also want a bike to feel fun, the Pivot Mach 4 is there!

Dave has parked his old bike and chose the awesome 29 carbon Kona Hei Hei as his upgrade and inspiration to get back riding off road! Like many people, Dave was about 4 feet tall when he and his Dad first came here to buy bikes… time flies! Well you picked one of our perennial favourites Dave! We love the Hei Hei line up for riding in this area, I know you will too!

Christine is excited to park her classic Kona Cinder Cone and get riding the new 29er Kona Mahuna! Today’s version of her old bike! Her husband Sandals is a long time Kona rider and icon of the BW cast of characters over the years that have added fun and spice to our lives around here!
Thanks to you both and have fun!!

Have fun Jake!

Paul finally bought the bike that must have been designed just for him! The Pivot Shuttle Amp’d is feisty, fun and fast, and ready to play anywhere! Fastest class 1 ebike on the market but it totally behaves in the lower power settings where most people actually ride. But when you want to play the extra power, awesome suspension and geometry are ready for anything! Have fun Paul!

Bittersweet day for me, but Kate is ecstatic!
Turns out the bike I have grown to love as my demo bike is exactly what Kate was looking for. The Pivot Trailcat SL is such a great blend of trail efficiency and “all mountain” fun for the trails in southern Ontario. Thanks Kate! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
