It’s taken me some time to process what I have been up to the last year. I joined Suzan Galluzzo]’s Best of You program and then went back to my trainer and all I can say is the results speak for themselves. At 46, post 5 children, 3 c sections, and some challenging health issues, I have been working my tail off to try and get my body to be in the best shape possible as I head into the next stage of my life. No surgery, just lots of discipline and lots of hard work. 90% diet and 10% exercise. I have NEVER been brave enough to wear a 2 piece and now at 46 I am developing the confidence to do it. So much is possible with a dream and some help. Thank you to my husband for putting up with my Greek honey ball meltdowns. Thank you for your patience with me as I embarked on my first big goal since wanting to get my black belt in karate. ❤️ Maybe I’ll be brave enough to post more pics soon.
