A SEASON TO REMEMBER! For Volunteers Week, As another incredible snowmobiling season comes to a close, we want to thank everyone who helped make it one of the most memorable in recent years. From our volunteers, groomer operators, clubs, landowners, partners, and permit buyers - your support made it all possible.

Just a few hours ago, the last kilometer of OFSC Prescribed Snowmobile Trails was turned unavailable marking the end of the 2025-26 Ontario Snowmobile Season.
And what a season it was! 🤩🤩🤩 Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in making winter dreams come true across Ontario.

A special season built on volunteer dedication, community support, and the shared passion of snowmobilers across Ontario.

As the season winds down, one thing is clear — this winter was something special.

A season built on volunteer dedication, community support, and the shared passion of snowmobilers across Ontario.

There are still a few opportunities left to ride (under 3,000 km remaining in some areas), but this is also a moment to reflect on everything it took to make it happen.

Without coordination and consultation to retain snowmobile trail connectivity, the proposed high-speed train network would critically damage organized snowmobiling in Ontario.

As part of the public consultation process, the OFSC has shared its perspective on the proposed ALTO high-speed rail network and the importance of maintaining trail connectivity, respecting private landowners, and protecting the up to $6B in economic activity generated each season. Without coordination and consultation to retain snowmobile trail connectivity, the proposed high-speed train network would critically damage organized snowmobiling in Ontario.

We are still going hard riding snowmobiles and will continue to ride until all the snow is gone! Spring riding is a whole different animal than normal winter...
