Yes, you still need to consider counting calories because we know that ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐. ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ will determine 75% or more of the results you see ๐ฝ๐๐ if you want to drastically change your body composition (lose body fat or gain more muscle) then you need to make sure that you have a larger percentage of calories coming from protein (30-40%).โฃโฃ
