🐉 TEXMO BROTHERS RETURN TO COLUMBUS! 🐉

The Wasaga River Dragons are proud to announce that former Captain Joel Texmo and his brother Lucas Texmo are returning to the Columbus River Dragons of the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL)!

Joel put together an outstanding season in Wasaga, recording 69 points in 39 regular-season games, while Lucas was a major presence on the blue line during his time with the River Dragons. (Elite Prospects⁠)

Both brothers made the jump from Wasaga to Columbus and established themselves at the professional level, with Joel appearing in 49 games and Lucas in 41 games for Columbus during the 2025–26 season. (Elite Prospects⁠)

Seeing two former Wasaga River Dragons continue their professional careers together in Columbus is another proud example of what the River Dragons program is all about — development, advancement and preparing players for the next level.

Congratulations Joel & Lucas — and best of luck back in Columbus! 🇨🇦➡️🇺🇸
