The program guide for the RecPlex is out.
Self Defense Class is back for 8 weeks starting Sept 4th. I love teaching this program as it features theory for avoiding confrontation as well as physical skills.

Intermediate and advanced karate starts on Sept 4th as well. But please notice that beginner kids starts Oct 2nd.

I hope to see all of my regular students and some new ones in the upcoming weeks.

There has been no interest expressed in training in the park for the last few weeks. As a result I will be cancelling the training until the new semester. See you all at the start of class in September.
