FORWARDS - FACE OFFs - Part 4

Weak Side VS Strong Side

There are 2 options on your weak side.

💥You can win it straight back on your forehand or your backhand. Depending on how they line up will help you decide how you should line up.

💥On your forehand you can try to beat him on speed by picking the puck.

💥On your backhand you can try and out muscle them or you can tie up and use you stick or skates

💥Shoot off to the side of the forwards shin pads, not between them

What the puck sees and what you see are two different lanes to the net. Just because you don’t see the net through the shin pads doesn’t mean the puck can’t get there.

Train alongside former pros Kevin Klein & Paul Crowder in position-specific clinics designed to elevate your game heading into camp season.

📅 June 28 | July 18, 25 | August 1, 9, 15

Forwards will focus on down-low plays, shooting techniques, working off the wall, and plays off the rush. Defensemen will sharpen footwork, positioning, net usage, NZ regroups, gaps, 1-on-1s, walking the blue line, and one timers.
