High fibre sweet chilli crispy rice bowl recipe 🌶️
Ingredients:
Rice of choice (cooked and cooled)
Meat of choice (cooked) - we used ground turkey
1 tbsp chili crisp
Cucumbers, edamame, avocado, coleslaw mix, shredded carrots and/or green onions (this bowl is super versatile - add any of your fave veggies)
1 tsp avocado oil mayo
Sriracha to taste (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt to taste
Directions:
1. Add some olive or avocado oil to a pan and add your chili crisp for 1 minute stirring often
2. Add rice to pan with chili crisp and stir frequently until lightly toasted and coated in chili crisp - add spices (onion powder, garlic powder and salt)
3. Assemble your bowls - add veggies of choice, cooked meat and crispy rice
4. Add mayo, sriracha + sesame seeds
