Jackie Nimble Fitness With moving to Warman, I am excited to bring my love of Pound Fitness here, in hopes you fall in love with it as much as I have.

It’s something for me, where I can be myself. I went for the workout and fell in love with the community it creates.

LAST CLASS OF THIS SESSION TONIGHT!!

Last Monday class, at the Home Centre at 6pm

Room for drop ins still!!

Thursday we start our next session at 7pm, and as long as the weather cooperates we’ll be at the Prairie Oasis Park (by the gazebo) and if not it’s back at the WHC.

All you need a water bottle and a mat.

New session means new set list!!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

With summer being so busy I have decided to go with just one day a week again for the pound classes

They will still be at the Prairie Oasis Park by the gazebo an 7pm THURSDAYS!!

Also….It was such an honour to have my dear friend Nadia come all the way from Halifax and do a class with me!!

There is one more MONDAY class this session (on the 8th) and drop ins are still welcome then

And in the 11th we start our next session outdoors!!

If you can’t commit. Drop in is a great option

Blurry selfies for the win!!!!

Only 2 more Monday classes and our first session is donezo!!

It’s gone by way too fast and my Pickleball-turned-Pound Posse has just crushed it so far!

Can’t wait for next session which starts June 9th and 11th at 7pm AT THE PRAIRIE OASIS PARK (when the weather is nice and in the WHC if it’s not)

And June 9th starts our OUTDOOR SESSIONS

Something about the fresh air, cool breeze and clacking of those Ripstix, outside that just makes my heart happy
