What a great weekend for our U11-1 Griffins at the Jim Leworthy Tournament in Milton! Battling their way to the semifinal game, this team showed determination, teamwork, and grit every time they stepped on the floor. They represented the Griffins organization with pride and set the tone for an exciting season ahead. Well done, Griffins! We can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes next!

Our U7 Griffins hit the floor this past weekend at the Windsor Warlocks U7 Jamboree with confidence, skill, and endless energy!

The team put on an incredible display of grit, speed, teamwork, and determination, earning victories in both of their games. More importantly, they showed tremendous growth, sportsmanship, and a true love for the game.

We couldn’t be prouder of this group and all the hard work they continue to put in each week. Way to go, Griffins!

The future of lacrosse in Wallaceburg is bright, and these young athletes are leading the way!

Dana has generously decided to donate $1000 of her winnings back to the golf tournament!!! 🩷 This will help cover the costs of non refundable things we still have to pay for due to the date change.

Our House League Griffins have been putting in the work! Over the past several weeks, these athletes have been focused on developing their skills and growing their confidence on the floor.

This past week, they had the opportunity to put everything they’ve learned to the test as they traveled to their very first game against the St. Thomas Surge! The team showed up ready to compete, worked hard from start to finish, and demonstrated exactly what it means to be a Griffin. We couldn't be prouder of their effort, sportsmanship, teamwork, and growth.

A huge congratulations to all of our House League Griffins!

Congratulations to Legacy Sports on celebrating one year of operation! Thank you for your continued support of local sports and for helping create opportunities for athletes and teams throughout our community. One year ago June 12th, we opened the doors to Legacy Sports with a goal of supporting local athletes and building something Wallaceburg could be proud of.

The support from this community has meant everything to us.

To celebrate our 1-Year Anniversary, we’re hosting a Customer Appreciation BBQ with 10% off storewide, while raising money for Wallaceburg Minor Lacrosse and Wallaceburg Minor Baseball.

A huge congratulations to our very first U13 Girls Griffins Lacrosse team on competing in their first tournament at the LAX Angels Tournament in Kitchener! 🥍 The girls brought incredible power, skill, determination, and teamwork to the floor all weekend long and many firsts were celebrated!

Girls lacrosse is growing quickly, and this team is helping pave the way for an exciting future in our program. The future is bright for Griffins girls lacrosse, and we can’t wait to watch these athletes continue to grow and succeed!

IMPORTANT UPDATE **** please share!

Unfortunately due to the large amounts of rainfall that is forecasted, the tournament had to be cancelled and rescheduled. The closest possible date to reschedule to, was Sunday August 16th.

I know the last post said a different rain date however this new, sooner date was discussed yesterday with Hidden Hills and booked. We truly hope everyone is able to make it for this new date!

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We were all really looking forward to the day. Praying for better weather and lots of fun for August 16th!
